Product description
It is a bidirectional communication interface that uses infrared light. When connected to a PC port, it allows galvanically isolated communication with meters, in accordance with the specifications of IEC 61107/1996 and ANSI C12.18.
- – The unit does not require electrical power.
- – The unit’s internal transmitter and receiver circuits draw all necessary power from the PC port.
- – The connection can be made via USB or DB9 connector.
